Calaguas, Camarines Norte

Turqoise blue waters. Freshly caught seafood for meals. Short hike up a hill to see the sunset.  No signal. So far the best place to unwind despite the 8 to 10 hour drive and 2 hour boat ride. – Adrian

Cagbalete Island

One of the best locations for people who want to go “offline” for a while and experience island living (because, really, there’s no internet and phone signal). Cagbalete Island offers the calmness and relaxation you need after enduring stressful weeks of dealing with responsibilities. – Jess Adena

Seven Lakes Adventure (San Pablo, Laguna)

It was definitely thrilling to try and see all the seven lakes. Each lake had its own story and adventure. My favorite was lake Pandin. You can ride a bamboo raft, go swimming and they also provide great Filipino food. – Viel Constantino

Badian, Cebu (Canyoneering adventure and Kawasan Falls)

What’s so exciting about it? You get to jump off 15-50ft. cliffs and water falls. Swim, dive, and enjoy the cool, turquoise waters. And most importantly, appreciate the beauty, and natural “wild ride” Cebu has to offer! – Jeano Reyes

Clark, Pampanga (Friendship Korean Town)

Sprawling with Korean restaurants and mini-marts, this is a must visit when you are around the area. Affordable unlimited Korean Barbecue and Buffet. Dessert? For as low as 20 pesos, get your fill of Melona and other classic Korean cream. – Dom Lising
