June 23, 2018 was a day filled with exciting cheers, challenging activities, and rising adrenaline as 20 of our tutors joined the RareJob Fun Day held at Camp N in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

From last year’s RareJob Camp events, we took our challenges up a notch by encouraging tutors to take on physically challenging activities in the amazingly refreshing outdoors.  The Fun Day was an avenue for tutors to build stronger friendships with both co-tutors and staff members. Not to mention, Camp N offered activities that were thrilling yet safe.

Our participants from Metro Manila and CALABARZON were divided into four groups: Magilas, Sensei-tional Squad, Yunik-woh and Da Saikous. Prior to the event, the teams already got to know each other by participating in RareJob’s Skype activities.
The teams explored and experienced the camp’s exciting attractions including obstacle course, zip line, rappel, cargo net climb, and archery. They also enjoyed other side activities such as the RJ Quiz Stations where tutors’ knowledge on basic tutoring dos and don’ts were put to the test, and the RareJob Flag Hunt, which tested the participants’ keen attention to detail.
Each team raced against the clock to gain the highest points and win special prizes. The teams were facilitated by RareJob staff members who also joined in all the fun and games. Watch the video below to see them in action:
Watch out as we might be in your area for our next Fun Day. We’d love for you to join us soon!
