Over the years, RareJob commits to provide the ideal working environment for its tutors by giving them the comfort of working at home and allowing them to have a flexible schedule—a perfect combination for moms who wouldn’t want to choose between career and family.
In partnership with Mamacademy, an organization that aims to encourage, enable, and empower moms, the Be WAHMazing workshop was conducted last June 23, 2018 with the title Jumpstarting Your Way to Becoming a Work-at-home Mom: Online English Teaching Edition. (Note: WAHMazing is a play on words work-at-home mom + amazing.)It was held at the RareJob headquarters in Quezon City. In keeping with the tea party theme, delightful fragrance and beautiful paper flowers filled the entire room to give the attendees a relaxing vibe. Since some kids (and husbands) tagged along, a play area was arranged to keep them entertained while the workshop was going on.
Former online English tutor Viviene Bigornia served as the event speaker. She talked about its different perks and benefits, the steps to become a superstar online English tutor, and more.

Our own RareJob staff Neza Farol shared the basic requirements to become a RareJob tutor and answered some tutoring-related questions from the participants.
Workshop attendees were enticed with the opportunity to earn a living and build a career without leaving their home. By the end of the event, they lined up on our booth to ask for further questions and register.
