Every February, the Philippines explodes with color, rhythm, and creativity as it celebrates National Arts Month (NAM). Since its establishment through Proclamation No. 683 in 1991, this annual event has been a powerful tribute to Filipino artists, their masterpieces, and the country’s rich cultural heritage.

This year’s theme, “Harvest of the Arts: Soul and Passion,” captures the beauty and essence of Filipino artistry—deeply emotional, profoundly expressive, and rooted in cultural identity. It highlights how art is not just about aesthetics but also about storytelling, history, and human connection.
